Church Visit 08.11.2020

 Today I went to a church. This was my first time visiting a church. I talked about Christianity for 45 minutes with a priest.

I said New Testament is logical but there are logical errors at Old Testament. The priest said "If you would have seen a plane 200 years ago you would say this is not logical, there must be a trick. Now planes are ok according to your logic. 1000 years ago human logic said sun is moving around the earth, earth is the center of the universe.Human logic is not reliable all the time. We can't trust logic." The priest convinced me. Human logic is not reliable.

I said some knowledge I learned from Bible and then the priest said "There are two very important lessons we learn from Bible. First is love The God as you love yourself. Second is love your neighbour as you love yourself." He said "Neighbout means everybody around you. Not a few people.

I said New Testament is very well protected but leaders have changed the Old Testament. The priest said do you think someone is stronger than The God? Do you think someone can change God's words? I said no one would be stronger than God. And then the priest said "So you believe no one can change God's words."

The priest said "We read Bible to learn the attributes of Jesus. So we can be similar to Jesus." Jesus is full of love. If everybody would love their neighbour as they love themselves, there won't be any hate, any wrong actions and any crimes in the world.
